Tulip Pepperoni is made using traditional European craft. The long time fermentation and natural air-drying bring unique pepperoni flavor. Use it on top of pizzas, bagels or in sandwiches. It is made from Danish Pork and imported from Denmark.
Ingredients: Pork, salt, spices, dextrose, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), garlic powder, oregano, preservative (sodium nitrite), acidity regulator (citric acid), starter culture (Pediococcus acidilactici, Pediococcus pentosaceus). Made with 127 g pork per 100 g finished product.
